Easy weeknight regale made in a single visage!

Stir fried udon is, without a mistrustfulness, one of my favorite refections to make during the week due to its ease of medication and luscious taste. The thick, leathery texture of Japanese udon polls makes them my top choice to use in a quick stir shindig, as they’re truly the stylish at soaking up all the flavors of the sauce. Above all, I always make sure to have packs of udon polls ready to go in my freezer to use in my exigency refections, as they’re so accessible to cook with. I ’ve participated numerous stir fried udon fashions on my blog including Kimchi Udon, Bulgogi Udon, and Creamy Mushroom Miso Udon, but these Yaki udon polls are the most classic and popular interpretation of stir- fried udon polls.

What’s Yaki Udon?

Yaki Udon  is a stir- fried udon pate dish from Japan that’s made with an multifariousness of vegetables and meat carpeted in a succulent sweet and savory sauce. The name of the dish translates to “ fried udon ”( “ Yaki ” meaning shindig or caff), which also indicates the type of polls being used. A analogous rendition of this dish is Yakisoba, which is another well- known Japanese pate dish that’s made with yakisoba polls rather of udon. snappily thaw your frozen polls by using hot water. To thaw your frozen polls in the easiest way possible, soak them in hot water for about a nanosecond, and use a brace of tablewares to precisely loosen the polls. When the polls are loose, drain and wash them under cold water in a colander to retain the texture, and set away to use in the stir shindig. You can also prepare them in boiling water, but I set up that preparing them this way is a lot more accessible and time-effective.
