pizza burrito ingredients

3 phyllo dough
125 grams of butter
2 cups of milk
2 eggs
1/2 bunch of parsley
3 tomatoes
4-5 sprigs of spring onions
250 grams of cheddar cheese

MAKING PIZZA PASTRY

First, melt the butter in the pan.
In the meantime, slice the cheddar cheese, sausage, parsley, pepper and spring onion properly.
Pour the melted butter into a large glass bowl.
Add 2 glasses of milk to it and mix it.
Add the eggs to the milk and mix again.
Add all the ingredients you sliced apart from the tomatoes into the milk mixture.
In the meantime, place one phyllo dough in a greased baking tray.
Wrap the second phyllo in the form of a roll (hollow). Cut the wrapped dough into very thin slices.
When you straighten the phyllo dough with your hands, it should look like pasta dough.
Add the cut phyllo onto the phyllo on the baking tray and distribute it.
Roll and cut the third phyllo in the same way and place it on the phyllo in the tray.
Thicken the phyllo on the baking tray by curling the edges.
Add the inner mortar mixture you prepared on the dough and spread it all over.
Dip the sliced tomatoes into the milk mixture remaining at the bottom of the glass bowl and place them on the phyllo dough.
Finally, spread the sauce remaining in the bowl to the edges of the phyllo.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
You can serve the cooked pizza pastry by slicing.
